Tomorrow Saturday July 19th: Whole Body Breathing Day Long with Eugene Cash

Eugene Cash will be teaching a silent "day long" at the Unitarian Church tomorrow (July 19th) at 9am.  If you haven't heard him teach,  well - what can I say? - you're missing out,  big-time.  Eugene will give a talk, answer questions and lead alternating periods of  sitting and walking meditation.

Bring your lunch and arrive at 9:00am in order to register.    The church is at the corner of Geary and Franklin.
